(Senior) Social Media & Content Manager (m/w/d)

Develop and produce independent social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, transforming customer studies and expert insights into engaging video reels and posts. Manage the full production lifecycle from scriptwriting and recording to editing and platform optimization while ensuring consistent brand voice across all channels. Collaborate closely with the Media & Marketing team and the founder to drive new formats and campaigns, actively translating data into compelling narratives. Track relevant KPIs to measure content impact and implement data-driven optimizations. Based in Berlin, this role requires multiple years of professional social media experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to work full-time or up to 80% part-time.
