Job Summary
Plan and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms while building monthly calendars aligned with brand objectives. Create engaging concepts, scripts, and captions, coordinating with designers, video editors, and creators for smooth production and timely publishing. Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies based on engagement, watch time, and reach. Work Monday to Saturday from 10:15 am to 7:15 pm in the office, with alternate Saturdays working.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or brand content roles
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video content
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience working with creators, shoots, video teams, or content production processes
- Strong understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and social media best practices
- Ability to independently manage content planning and execution
