Job Summary
Senior SoC Power Management Architect to define and develop power management architecture to optimize performance, efficiency, and thermal behavior. You will drive system-level alignment of product goals with implementation, evaluate design trade-offs, define feature requirements and architecture solutions, and lead power integration across IP blocks. Collaboration with hardware and software teams will ensure successful execution from concept through silicon bring-up and production. Responsibilities include analyzing post-silicon power/performance data for optimization opportunities, contributing to debugging and root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle of next-generation client and AI computing platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field and 8+ years of experience OR Master's degree in the same field and 5+ years of experience OR PhD in the same field and 3+ years of experience; experience in SoC architecture principles and design methodologies; SoC architecture definition and development; power management feature definition and development; silicon-level data collection and analysis; debugging skills; software development and scripting skills
