Job Summary
Senior Smart 3D Administrator responsible for configuring and maintaining S3D software settings, user roles, and licenses; troubleshooting software issues; enforcing data standards and workflows; collaborating with IT, procurement, and project teams; developing reports, queries, and material take-offs; and integrating data across Bechtel software tools (e.g., SmartPlant, Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks). Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field and 8–10 years of experience (10–12 years in lieu of degree), US citizenship, and the ability to work part-time telework with at least three days per week in person at the Knoxville, TN site. Relocation assistance is authorized nationally for family relocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience (or 10-12 years in lieu of degree)
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Experience with S3D software administration and configuration
- Experience with data management, data integration, and data quality
- Familiarity with Bechtel software applications and BIM/VDC concepts
