Job Summary
Senior Small Business Relationship Banker responsible for meeting with customers and prospects to determine financial needs and provide appropriate Regions products and guidance. Focuses on small business customers with revenues up to $5MM, acquiring new customers and deepening relationships through checking, cards, money movement, merchant services, lending, and other Regions solutions. Develops outbound calls to expand relationships, serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio up to $5MM in revenue, educates customers on Consumer and Business products including loans and deposits, and informs clients about digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM). Maintains a consistent customer experience, handles day-to-day branch responsibilities as needed, resolves customer issues, and refers complex needs to internal experts. Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers and adheres to all bank processes, procedures, and relevant regulations. Requires NMLS registration, overtime eligibility, and Saturday work as needed. Benefits include a comprehensive package. Beech Grove location, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
- Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
