Job Summary
Plan and supervise shutdowns and small project works across local mining and industrial operations. Oversee daily site activities, lead site crews, and conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while coordinating tradespeople across multiple work fronts. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. This hands-on, site-based role in Parkes includes occasional travel to support projects across Australia. Salary is $170k–$200k based on a 50-hour week, with a company vehicle provided. Housing options or relocation assistance are available.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role
- Trade qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage construction, maintenance, or shutdown projects
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Experience in underground mining or heavy industry
