Job Summary
Senior Site Superintendent responsible for leading high rise multifamily construction projects in Seattle, WA. Manages overall initiation, execution, monitoring and closure of projects; coordinates site activities of sub-trades, onsite engineers, inspectors, consultants and site labor; drives and maintains construction schedule; supports budget review and cost tracking; issues material work orders; develops site logistics plans; reviews design documents for constructability and efficiency; conducts site documentation and cost-change reviews; supervises sub-trades and suppliers; ensures safety and quality control; coordinates neighborhood communications and engages with local authorities; some travel to Vancouver, BC for meetings; minimum 20 years of commercial construction experience and leadership of diverse teams; salary range $190k-$220k; offers benefits including PTO, education allowance, housing and referral programs. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 20 years of commercial construction related experience
- Experience overseeing high end multifamily projects an asset
- Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset
