Job Summary
Assure all projects are completed according to design and specifications while maintaining deadlines and budgets. Assist in the creation and implementation of safety procedures and chair safety committee meetings. Coordinate all relevant inspections for upcoming midtown Toronto condo developments. The successful candidate requires at least five to ten years of high-rise construction experience with two completed cycles, a relevant degree or certification, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 - 10 years of experience in high rise construction with at least 2 cycles completed
- A degree/diploma or other relevant certifications in a construction related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
