Job Summary
Senior SRE responsible for ensuring system availability, reliability, and efficiency of a cloud-based invoicing platform. Tasks include maintaining and automating infrastructure (Ubuntu, MySQL/TiDB, MinIO, Elasticsearch, Redis, NGINX, HAProxy, Kubernetes, Clickhouse), improving monitoring and performing root-cause analyses to prevent repeated failures, and contributing to software development in languages such as Rust, Java, Go, or Typescript. Strong German and English communication skills, willingness to work nights to uphold availability, and interest in Open Source are noted. The role is 100% remote with remote-friendly benefits and a focus on high availability across a distributed German team.
