Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using best practices, create and support CI/CD pipelines, and deploy enterprise-scale projects on AWS. Automate key processes including build, release, and monitoring for both infrastructure and products while working with Kubernetes and latest technologies. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and participate in the on-call rotation to support applications. Ensure security and compliance requirements are met while collaborating with team members and other staff. Join the European Site Reliability Engineer team responsible for several Tempo products, contributing to the Global team's core designs and standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong experience with Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Docker
- Strong experience with Git
- Strong experience with Linux
- Strong experience with Bash
- Strong experience with Terraform
- Confidence working with monitoring and alerting systems
- Experience in deployment of complex software solutions in a cloud environment
- Proficiency with AWS or other cloud-hosted services
- Solid understanding of software design patterns
- Able to learn quickly and pick up new technologies
- Highly analytical with a passion for finding solutions to tough problems
- Responsible, proactive, positive and honest
- Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback
- Cares about the tasks' context and the larger goal, versus just checking off requirements
- Soliciting input from appropriate stakeholders when making project decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Must be able to work in Ukraine, United Kingdom, Poland, Ireland, Slovakia, Portugal, Romania
- Must be able to work remotely
- Must be able to travel to international offices
