Job Summary
Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Support responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex production and customer issues across a Kubernetes-based banking platform. Focus on correlating logs, metrics, traces, and alerts to root causes, engaging directly with enterprise banking customers, and leveraging AI-assisted operations to improve runbooks, dashboards, alerts, and support processes. Collaborates with platform teams to support deployments across cloud, hybrid, and customer-hosted environments; emphasizes hands-on problem solving, ownership, and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on troubleshooting across production or customer-facing technical environments
- Kubernetes and containers experience
- Ability to read/interpret/correlate logs, metrics, traces, and alerts
- Strong Linux, networking fundamentals, APIs, and distributed-system behavior
- At least one proven customer-facing technical role
