Job Summary
Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, automate, and scale deployment pipelines and infrastructure for a growing microservices landscape on AWS. Responsible for infrastructure as code (Terraform), Linux-based troubleshooting, and CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline/CodeBuild/CodeDeploy) across 50+ AWS accounts. The role emphasizes automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring, improving reliability and predictability of releases, and promoting reusable tooling and patterns. Strong communication, ownership, and an appetite for “Everything As Code” are essential; the position requires hybrid work with 2 days in the Atlanta office and local candidates only. The team supports Docker containers, PaaS platforms, and a transition away from on-prem solutions, with a mix of .NET and other languages (Python, Ruby) in the tech stack.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 4+ years' experience in a related field
- Expertise in Terraform or another IaC language
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Linux and Docker containerization
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline/CodeBuild/CodeDeploy)
- Experience with Git and trunk-based branching
- Fluent coding experience in Python/.NET/Ruby
