Job Summary
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud-native architectures for mission-critical SaaS products. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs, leading incident response efforts, and conducting thorough root cause analyses. You will also design observability solutions, automate deployment pipelines using IaC tools like Terraform, and ensure systems operate efficiently across multiple cloud providers. Required qualifications include strong knowledge of cloud platforms (especially Azure), expertise in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), proficiency in IaC tools, and understanding of event-driven architectures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-native architectures for SaaS products
- Development and implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs
- Incident management and troubleshooting experience
- Designing end-to-end observability solutions
- Implementation of Infrastructure as Code practices
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms - Azure
- Expert in Observability tools (ELK Stack, Dynatrace, Prometheus)
- Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of Event-driven architecture and database technologies (Mongo Atlas, Azure SQL, PostgresDB)
- Proficient in IaaC tools (Terraform, GitHub Actions)
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, .Net, Java)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and security practices
