Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Assist in designing and managing infrastructure capacity, supporting prototyping initiatives and collaboration with software development teams. Monitor service performance, collect data for health reporting, and execute incident response tasks including software upgrades, backups, and decommissioning under supervision. Develop automation scripts to gather metrics, analyze trends, and remediate issues while ensuring adherence to security standards. Provide operational support by troubleshooting technical problems, conducting root cause analyses, and participating in post-mortem procedures to prevent reoccurrence. Document incidents according to standard reporting methods and follow detailed instructions to prioritize work and adjust to shifting resources.
