Job Summary
Design, build, and automate secure, scalable AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD. Drive reliability and resilience through observability, incident response, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery plans. Strengthen cloud security posture by operating controls for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 commitments, including IAM, secrets management, and native tooling like GuardDuty and Security Hub. Keep cloud costs efficient while balancing performance and resilience. Drive structured adoption of AI-assisted development workflows and uphold privacy standards for sensitive personal data. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or DevOps
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK or CloudFormation)
- Experience with Linux, networking and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with CI/CD, monitoring and observability
- Experience securing cloud platforms using IAM, secrets management and infrastructure hardening
- Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Go, Bash or PowerShell)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- A passion for automation, reliability and continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AWS security tooling (Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector or CloudTrail)
- Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other security frameworks
- Experience in fintech or another regulated environment
- Experience introducing AI-assisted tooling responsibly in a regulated or data-sensitive environment (data-leakage awareness, prompt and secrets hygiene)
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge)
- Experience with Docker
- Familiarity with operational-resilience requirements such as DORA
