Job Summary
Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of Nectar's production systems. You will own the production systems handling high-volume data ingestion and real-time AI workloads, define and drive SLOs/SLIs and error budgets, lead incident response and blameless postmortems, improve performance and cost efficiency, Harden IaC/deployments/CI/CD, and partner with engineering to embed reliability into system design. Must have 5+ years operating production systems as an SRE/infrastructure/platform engineer, hands-on cloud experience (AWS or similar), infrastructure-as-code tooling, and solid programming skills for automation and tooling. Startups environment experience and a reliability-first mindset are valued; bonus points for experience maturing an SRE practice and familiarity with AWS, Pulumi, Postgres, ClickHouse, Temporal.福利 Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, equity, and growth opportunities.
