Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Developer, Connected Warfare
Job Summary
Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, fault-tolerant deployment capabilities enabling warfighting systems. Collaborate with deployment engineers and multi-disciplinary teams to define integration strategies, build tooling, and improve core product offerings through root-cause analysis and post-mortem-driven improvements. Lead initiatives to sustain high-velocity delivery to customers, operate across large-scale deployments, and support security-hardened environments with air-gapped networks. Requires demonstrated performance in networking, cloud technologies, and software development, and proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, or C++. Preferred: ability to drive consensus among stakeholders and experience configuring systems for complex, evolving environments.
Required Qualifications
- STEM degree or equivalent technical experience
- Technical expertise in networking, cloud technologies, application development, hardware design, and/or cybersecurity
- Minimum of 7 years of operations and engineering experience
- Active US TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Experience developing and delivering solutions for complex environments
- Experience with autonomous weapon systems deployment and security-hardened networks
- Ability to debug and modify software written in Go, Python, Rust, or C++
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
