Job Summary
Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, maintain, and operate Calendly’s next-generation infrastructure platform. Role emphasizes building tools and applications to extend the infrastructure platform, deploying cloud-native open source tools, applying infrastructure as code, maintaining observability, participating in on-call rotations, and collaborating with application engineering teams to adopt standardized practices. Strong focus on Linux, cloud infrastructure (especially GCP), Kubernetes, Golang or Python for API tooling, cloud-native patterns, and monitoring with Datadog; requires ability to communicate patterns for automation, stability, and performance improvements. Occasional travel may be required.
