Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own and maintain the deployment of cloud-based infrastructure to customer sites. Collaborate with Applications Engineers, IT, and software teams to ensure smooth deployment of a solution that collects training data and deploys models to real-time robotic systems. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible); develop in Python and TypeScript; troubleshoot networking, performance, and security; support deployment and integration at customer sites, with occasional travel. Shape improvements with engineering and product teams and participate in on-call rotations for outages. Proactively take ownership of end-to-end infrastructure solution and adapt to client needs, including willingness to travel for client support. Desired background includes Linux systems engineering, Kubernetes, Grafana visualizations, real-time monitoring, and experience with robotics or AI deployments. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; 5+ years of professional, full-time experience building reliable, scalable systems.
