Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable SaaS infrastructure across Australia with a focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and observability. Key duties include infrastructure as code, configuration management, automated testing, and code/configuration reviews to improve scalability and maintainability. Role emphasizes an AI-first mindset, building and tuning AI Agents to accelerate delivery, and leveraging tools like Cursor and Kiro. Activities span monitoring production systems, on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident reviews, with collaboration across Product, Engineering, and development teams to translate requirements into practical infrastructure solutions. The role requires 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong AWS and Terraform experience, Docker & Kubernetes proficiency, autonomous problem-solving, and knowledge of security, performance, and cost trade-offs. Bonus skills include databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), Azure, and familiarity with AlayaCare/Procura products. The position offers hybrid work arrangements (2 days in office, 3 days WFH) with preferred locations in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne, and is open to Perth for the right candidate.
