Job Summary
Senior Site Manager responsible for leading on-site execution of large-scale commercial interior office fit-out projects, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules. Drive collaboration among on-site teams and subcontractors, manage client and stakeholder relationships, implement Unispace’s 80/20 delivery methodology, oversee health and safety compliance, document control, risk management, and project close-out, and champion an inclusive, high-performance on-site culture across multiple studios and regions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management
- extensive knowledge of health and safety standards
- ability to manage subcontractors and lead on-site teams
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
