Job Summary
Senior Site Manager serves as primary contact between Sponsor and Investigational Site, leading site monitoring, initiation, and close-out activities per protocol, SOPs, and GCP; collaborates with LTM, CTA, CTM; contributes to site recruitment strategy, CAPA, QA, training, and mentorship; ensures training records, data integrity, and timely reporting of AE/SAEs/PQCs; travel required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years clinical trial monitoring experience preferred
