Senior Site Manager

Supervise projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Control policies. Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, manage delays, and coordinate staff, labour, and sub-contractors through to handover. Implement dimensional controls, plan site logistics, and complete daily site diaries on the BIM 360 Field platform. Communicate effectively with the Design Team to release design information and maintain relations with clients, neighbours, and stakeholders. This Senior Site Manager role is based in Shetland for Robertson, the UK's largest family-owned construction business, offering a strong project pipeline for skill development within a sustainable future focus.
