Job Summary
Lead the complete lifecycle of site activities for construction and commissioning projects across the UK, acting as the primary lead for project execution and central coordination between teams and leadership. Manage execution teams to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget while driving consistent quality and performance across all phases. Collaborate with internal and external partners to solve complex operational challenges, optimize workflows, and apply technical expertise to data-driven decision-making. Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring strict adherence to company policy and local regulations, while developing your team through mentorship and consensus building. This role requires extensive travel, willingness to work holidays and overtime, and considerable time away from home for field assignments.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to lead diverse site teams through full project lifecycles
- The capability to resolve moderately complex technical problems using analytical judgment
- An understanding of best practices in site management and construction project integration
- An expertise in operational management within a project-based environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus
- Able to travel extensively to and from projects and various field assignments
- Willing to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments
- Ability to spend considerable time away from home for training and field assignments
