Job Summary
Lead and organize site logistics operations for a large semiconductor construction project, planning, controlling, and coordinating all construction logistics and site setup activities. Assume overall responsibility for health & safety, costs, budgets, and quality standards within site logistics. Develop, implement, and continuously update site logistics concepts throughout all project phases, including tendering, awarding, and commercial management of logistics services with variation management. Advise project management and clients on efficient, project-specific logistics solutions. Requires a degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture, or comparable qualification with several years of experience in construction logistics, preferably on large high-tech or semiconductor projects. Full flexibility and willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe are required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture or comparable qualification; alternatively certified construction technician
- Several years of experience in construction logistics, preferably on large high-tech or semiconductor projects
- Goal-oriented, independent working style, strong advisory skills, as well as a structured work approach
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Full flexibility and willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe
- 100% on-site presence required
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge of German, Dutch or French is a strong advantage
