Job Summary
Lead and organize site logistics operations for a large semiconductor construction project, planning, controlling, and coordinating all construction logistics and site setup activities. Maintain overall responsibility for health & safety, costs, budgets, and quality standards while developing, implementing, and updating site logistics concepts throughout all project phases. Manage tendering, awarding, and commercial management of logistics services, including variation management, and advise project management and clients on construction logistic matters. Requires a degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture, or comparable qualification with several years of experience in construction logistics, preferably on large high-tech or semiconductor projects. Full flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany and Europe are required, with contractual home base options in Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture or comparable qualification; alternatively certified construction technician
- Several years of experience in construction logistics, preferably on large high-tech or semiconductor projects
- Goal-oriented, independent working style, strong advisory skills, as well as a structured work approach
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Full flexibility and willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe
- 100% on-site presence required
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge of German, Dutch or French is a strong advantage
