Job Summary
Senior Site Engineer needed to manage data center service operations with expertise in power, thermal, and DCIM. Responsibilities include site patrolling for wellness checks, responding to fault/incidents within 5–10 minutes, overseeing system recovery, performing preventive maintenance, escorting and supervising IT & Telco vendors for installations and structured cabling, conducting minor repairs, ensuring SLA/KPI-aligned restoration of Severity 1–3 defects, monitoring site elements, facilitating shift handovers, reviewing design reports (SLD) for accuracy, and producing client-required reports (incident, monthly, power and cooling analysis). Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, strong customer-service and communication skills, and ability to work rotating shifts with temporary relocation within Yangon, Myanmar.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Experience in Operation Datacenter/Building management/Generator maintenance (Operations and Facilities)
- Able to work by shift schedule
- Willing to temporarily relocate within city in Myanmar
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, technical and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
