Job Summary
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards while coordinating with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Monitor work progress, resolve technical issues, and enforce safety regulations and construction standards. Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently, conducting quality inspections against approved drawings. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and lead junior engineers and site supervisors. Requires 10–12 years of experience in construction projects with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Immediate joining preferred for urgent hiring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 10–12 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple site activities independently
