Job Summary
Lead the site with full P&L accountability by developing annual operating plans, budgets, and strategic objectives aligned with regional priorities. Manage manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and support functions to drive profitability, cash flow, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Champion a strong EHS culture, foster an inclusive workplace, and build a high-performing team through succession planning and leadership development. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support demand planning and strengthen customer relationships. Represent the company in external engagements with government authorities and industry associations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven track record of leading plant operations with full P&L accountability
- Strong experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, continuous improvement, and EHS management
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and people development skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across global, regional, and local organizations
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced business qualification preferred
- Experience managing government and regulatory affairs is highly desirable
