Senior Site Architect

Represent the firm in client, consultant, and contractor communications from post-contract award through project delivery. Technically assess contractor submittals against discipline strategies, specifications, and approved designs while reviewing architectural and interior packages. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure program requirements are satisfied and deliver contracted Design and Construction Management services. Manage and direct project schedules covering procurement, planning, design, and construction phases while ensuring compliance with internal processes. Prioritize tasks under pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives. Requires 15 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and extensive UAE project execution history.
