Senior Site Architect

Represent the firm in communications with clients, design consultants, and contractors from post-contract award through project delivery. Technically assess contractor submittals against discipline-focused strategies, contract specifications, and approved designs. Review architectural and interior design packages, including drawings and specifications. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure program and project requirements are satisfied. Manage and direct the development of project schedules covering procurement, planning, design, and construction phases. Ensure delivery of contracted Design and Construction Management services while maintaining compliance with internal processes. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and financial objectives. Requires 15 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and extensive UAE project execution background.
