Job Summary
Senior SIT Engineer leading system integration testing strategy across APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party integrations; driving performance engineering, data validation, and AI-driven automated testing with scalable frameworks; architecting CI/CD integration, monitoring, and defect analysis while mentoring mid-level SIT engineers and communicating risks and recommendations to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Experience with Automation and distributed systems testing
- Selenium, Cypress (UI automation)
- Postman, REST Assured, Karate (API testing)
- JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6 (Performance testing)
- Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics (Monitoring)
- Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript (Programming/Scripting)
- SQL (Advanced), relational DBs (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Data pipeline validation (ETL, streaming systems)
- Azure, AWS (Cloud)
- Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
- Docker, Kubernetes (Containers & orchestration)
- Experience with AI-driven testing tools and AI/ML concepts (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in Agile, DevOps, and SRE practices
