Job Summary
Develop process reliability requirements for new technology nodes by collaborating with wafer foundries and functional groups like Design and Operations. Drive foundry qualifications and process reliability improvements before taping out products, while performing wearout reliability assessments to guide design teams on Design for Reliability. Provide reliability Vmax and aging guardband guidelines, develop optimization methodologies, and build reliability models for extrinsic failure mechanisms through stress tests. Assess excursion materials and determine reliability risks for product disposition. This role requires a PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related major with 8+ years of semiconductor reliability experience. Salary ranges from $168,000 to $322,000 USD depending on level, with equity and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of cutting-edge semiconductor process technologies

- 8+ years of overall experience in semiconductor reliability
