Senior Signal Integrity Engineer – PCB / Test Boards

Job Summary
Senior Signal Integrity Engineer responsible for owning, developing, and supporting SI test boards and customer-facing SI activities for high-speed interconnect and cable products. Acts as a primary technical interface between customers, internal SI teams, PCB vendors, and product engineering to ensure SI solutions meet performance and schedule requirements. Responsibilities include owning SI test boards and PCB assets with revision control and documentation, coordinating PCB reorders and Gerber updates, supporting urgent build prioritization, and providing customer-facing SI support such as padstack optimization, footprint review, and stackup alignment. Performs SI measurements (VNA, TDR, S-parameters), generates customer-ready reports and presentations, and reviews CAD/layout for SI compliance. Collaborates with global SI, layout, product, and manufacturing teams and interfaces with PCB fabrication vendors to resolve technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong background in high-speed signal integrity for connectors, cables, and PCBs
- Hands-on experience with SI measurements (VNA, TDR, S-parameters)
- Experience reviewing PCB layouts, padstacks, vias, and stackups
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
