Senior Showroom Manager

Lead day-to-day showroom operations at Ferguson's Rockville, MD showroom overseeing 11 associates; focus on showroom displays, the Clearance Center, revenue growth, margin enhancement, budget targets, and process improvement. Build and develop a team through hiring, mentoring, training, scheduling, goals and expectations, and development. Supervises daily showroom traffic with a wide range of customers to sell lighting, appliances, and high-end fixtures. Handle budget processes, review expenses, and address/resolve customer complaints. Assist customers by appointment and walk-ins. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and represent Ferguson at industry events and meetings locally. Requires experience in Plumbing Fixtures, Lighting and/or Appliance Retail Sales.
