Job Summary
Process inbound shipments, sign for deliveries, and assign bins using the ERP system while flagging documentation discrepancies. Manage outbound orders across all carrier types, conduct quality checks, and ensure timely shipping with full compliance. Operate material handling equipment like forklifts and assist with lockbox returns, packaging, and device testing. Maintain audit-ready records, identify process inefficiencies, and develop standard operating procedures. Work in a warehouse environment requiring PPE, with a base salary of $24.00 - $26.00 per hour for California-based full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
- Warehouse operations experience, including return processing
- MRP/ERP experience required
- Licensed and trained to operate powered industrial equipment
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Forklift certification required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license

- Associate's degree preferred
- NetSuite ERP experience
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (e.g., VLOOKUPs)
