Job Summary
Senior Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Coordinator at Aalo Atomics owning and coordinating all inventory, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure accurate, efficient operations across the Idaho site and other sites (Aalo-X and Aalo-0). Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound shipments, verifying materials against POs/packing slips/BOLs/CoCs/MTRs, escalating documentation discrepancies, supporting cycle counts and audits, and coordinating material movement between panel shop, Aalo-X, and Aalo-0 to align with production needs. Requires ERP/WMS proficiency, BOM/PO interpretation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a regulated environment; on-site in Austin, TX and Idaho Falls, ID are required locations. Familiarity with hazardous materials/shipping regulations (DOT/IATA/IMDG), lean principles (5S), and MRB/quarantine processes is a plus. This is a senior, full-time role with a focus on accuracy, organization, cross-functional alignment, and timely material delivery to job sites.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience with ERP/WMS systems (ION, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor) including processing inventory transactions and reconciliations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets) and ability to read/interpret BOMs, purchase orders, packing lists
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in documentation, labeling, and serial/heat number tracking
