Senior Shift Leader (Front of the House)

Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring Team Members follow recipes, maintain speed of service guidelines, and adhere to hospitality standards. Manage opening and closing procedures, monitor time punches, handle money management tasks including safe and cash handling, and resolve high-level guest issues using the HEARD method. Lead the team by creating line-ups, managing breaks, monitoring productivity, and holding staff accountable for policy, grooming, and uniform standards. Communicate inventory needs to the Back of House Director and invest in the development of shift leaders and trainers. Monitor CEM scores, labor productivity, and food quality while anticipating and solving operational problems. Available for 30+ hours per week including weekends.
