Job Summary
Senior SHES Manager (MIMS) based in Cannock, Ollerton, or London, operating across the UK, Ireland, Canada and the USA. Own and manage SHES digital platforms (EcoOnline, MSite, TapRoot, Sypol), set governance and data standards, ensure data integrity, and deliver SHES performance reporting across the Group. Responsible for system administration, user access, workflows, and rollout across projects; develop dashboards and reporting tools; lead SHES inspections, audits, training, and compliance with SHES Plans; provide direction to project teams on system use and reporting requirements; support management in SHES responsibilities for employees and others; drive continuous improvement through data governance, incident records, and management reporting to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Construction System and Performance role
- In depth SharePoint user & build knowledge
- Strong data skills: validation, cleansing, dashboard/report building (Excel/Power BI)
- Confident communicator and trainer—able to support site teams and office users
- In depth Microsoft package knowledge (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, PowerBI)
