Senior SHEQ Advisor

Senior SHEQ Advisor to provide health and safety support and advice for projects in the Yorkshire region. Responsibilities include undertaking periodic risk assessments and implementing robust procedures as needed, providing specialist SHEQ guidance to colleagues and subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance and embedding positive safety behaviours in day-to-day operations. Requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence at all levels, develop and deliver training material, and apply auditing/root-cause analysis techniques. Knowledge of CDM Regulations (Client, Principal Designer & Principal Contractor) is essential. Qualifications include NEBOSH Diploma and substantial construction/SHE water industry experience.
