Job Summary
Senior SharePoint Developer to support the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) by leading SharePoint development, modernization, migration, governance, and architecture initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role focuses on SharePoint Online and legacy platforms, DoD365 transition, and enterprise content management, delivering secure, scalable SharePoint solutions with governance and lifecycle management, while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements and agency objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
- 5–7 years of progressive SharePoint development experience
- Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / DoD365
- InfoPath and Forms Services
- Enterprise Search
- Experience developing and supporting SharePoint information architecture, content management, and governance solutions
- Experience supporting SharePoint migration and modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with SPFx and SharePoint Patterns and Practices (PnP)
- Knowledge of SharePoint STIG requirements and DoD cybersecurity compliance standards
- DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification required
- Active Secret clearance
- Federal or DoD experience preferred
- Experience working within Agile software development environments
