Job Summary
Architect, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and applications using SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Create and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and content types while integrating with third-party systems and customizing UI/UX to align with brand needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance to team members, and troubleshoot complex environmental issues. Implement governance policies, enforce security measures, and monitor permissions to ensure compliance and disaster recovery readiness. Lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and propose innovative solutions to enhance business productivity. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of SharePoint experience, and proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Remote/onsite preference applies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 integrations
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint administration, workflows, and content management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate)
- Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
- Background in migration projects or upgrading legacy SharePoint systems
