Job Summary
Senior SharePoint Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions across SharePoint Online and on-prem environments. Lead delivery of scalable collaboration platforms using SPFx, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and REST APIs; implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate); drive architecture, security, governance, and migration strategies; integrate SharePoint with Teams, OneDrive, Azure, and third-party systems; develop APIs/connectors; provide L3 support and guidance to junior developers; collaborate with business stakeholders and document technical solutions. Requires 5+ years of SharePoint development experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, and Australia-based permanent full-time role with hybrid working arrangement in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019
- Expertise in SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/React
- HTML5, CSS3
- C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API
- Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, AD)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale SharePoint solutions
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience developing and/or integrating with Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365
- Migration project experience
- Microsoft certifications desirable
