Job Summary
Provide loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios by executing routine tasks, processing transactions, and preparing customer notifications. Act as a subject matter expert and first contact for escalations, investigating specific customer issues and addressing services according to established parameters. Deliver agreed lending and financing services while ensuring all policies, guidelines, and standards are met. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute requests, support change management, and develop tools for enhanced analysis and streamlined reporting. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations, maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and understanding of business unit's products and services, processes and controls
- Good Knowledge of standard desktop applications and department systems and applications
- Understanding of business unit's risk and regulatory requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
