Job Summary
Senior Services Growth Associate role combining business development and in-person family tours. You will identify, cultivate, and maintain referral partnerships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, elder law attorneys, financial planners, home care agencies, and community organizations, while also conducting tours of assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities for clients referred through our practice. The role requires building a referral network, tracking outreach and pipeline in a CRM, preparing tour insights and post-tour recommendations, and coordinating move-in support. The position blends relationship-building with operational follow-through, and includes a flexible hybrid schedule with significant field activity in the Greater Rochester area. The compensation includes a base salary in the 42k–46k range, bonuses for new referrals and growth in referral-generated revenue, mileage reimbursement, and an On-Target Earnings potential of 55k–65k, with upside for strong performers.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in a relationship-driven, outward-facing role: healthcare, social services, senior care, hospitality, or B2B sales all translate
- Genuine warmth and ability to connect with older adults and their families in emotionally charged situations
- Comfortable being on the road and in the field most of the day; reliable transportation required
- Strong organizational skills and discipline with follow-through
- Excellent verbal communication and informal presentation skills
