Job Summary
Senior Services Engineer for Johnson Controls’ Service team focusing on maintenance and service solutions for BMS systems. You will lead and supervise a mobile team for retrofit work, testing and commissioning, installation, service and maintenance, including hardware and software troubleshooting. You’ll ensure quality and customer satisfaction, coordinate site works (including subcontractors), prepare maintenance/retrofit proposals and tenders, maintain customer relations, and provide solutions to improve facility efficiency with potential upsell opportunities. Requirements include a Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Services or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong English and Chinese communication, and the ability to work on-site under pressure; the role involves on-site work at various locations. Required Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience
- Ability to work on site in various locations
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
- Willingness to work on site in various locations
