Job Summary
Senior Services Consultant to provide quality consulting, implementation and training on MYOB EXO for mid-market clients in Australia and New Zealand. You will deliver expert EXO services across the MYOB ecosystem, build trusted relationships with customers, understand their business processes, and help them maximize value from their EXO environment. Responsibilities include assessing, scoping and prioritising resources to deliver a service, providing training on MYOB platform solutions, facilitating organisational change, growing MYOB Acumatica capability over time, and driving customer success and adoption via implementation of applications, add-ons and integrations with third-party products. Travel to client sites may be required; you will work within a team to support customers and expand value across both platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Several years proven experience delivering and supporting MYOB EXO solutions in consulting, implementation, or professional services environments
- Good application knowledge and domain knowledge for EXO environments; experience in solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, manufacturing and supply chain; ability to translate customer needs into practical outcomes
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge
- Confident in working directly with customers and communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel within AU/NZ as required
- Functional knowledge of MYOB Acumatica product suite, or similar product is highly regarded
