Senior Services Consultant - MYOB Exo

In this role, you will join a successful team to provide quality consulting, implementation and training services on MYOB EXO applications for Mid-Market clients, delivering expert services and excellent customer support. You will build trusted relationships, understand client business processes, assess scope and prioritise resources, provide training on MYOB platform solutions, facilitate organisational change, and drive adoption of MYOB platforms (including EXO and related add-ons/integrations). You will grow your capability over time, support customers across AU and NZ, and travel as required to meet client needs. The role emphasizes customer-focused delivery, solution design and ongoing value delivery across finance, operations, manufacturing and supply chain processes, with a focus on achieving practical outcomes for customers.
