Job Summary
Senior Services - Care Manager in Rockville, MD responsible for direct casework including intake/evaluation, crisis intervention, home and field visits, and coordination with community resources; conducts group activities and education, maintains records and statistics, supports program outcomes and grants, and participates in professional development. Requires MSW or related advanced degree (or BS with 3+ years experience), independent field mobility, and ability to engage with clients/families across service programs.
Required Qualifications
- MSW or other advanced degree in related field
- Or- BS in related field and at least 3 years of related work experience
- Must have reliable transportation to be in the field independently
