Job Summary
Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring technical quality and best practices. Act as a technical advisor to customers regarding platform development and lead technical workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Collaborate with process owners to ensure holistic solutions and analyze existing implementations to identify improvement areas. Provide strategic and operational leadership across team deliveries while leveraging deep expertise in modules like ITSM, ITOM, HR, or SecOps. Required Qualifications
- Flerårig erfarenhet av utveckling och implementation inom ServiceNow
- Gedigen kunskap i JavaScript samt god förståelse för webbteknologier som HTML och CSS
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med moduler som ITSM, ITOM, HR eller SecOps
- Förmåga att leda tekniska dialoger och workshops med kund
- Relevant akademisk utbildning inom IT eller motsvarande
- Flytande svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
- Giltig legitimation
- Bakgrundskontroll
